Hi, I am Ms. Pitman. I have been teaching for 9 years and at Garden Place Academy for 4 years. I love the GPA community. Our students, parents and staff are incredible! I attended college at Texas Christian University (TCU- GO Horned Frogs!). I earned my Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Denver. I am a Colorado native. I love the outdoors, books (especially Harry Potter), and Starbucks! I am passionate about Literacy, Social Emotional Learning, and Trauma informed practices.
