Natalie Madrid-Chacon
Gifted & Talented Teacher

Greetings parents, students and community! I have had the pleasure of working as a teacher who enriches advance learning potential in children for the last 15 years. I have enjoyed working with students at Garden Place Academy for 2.5 days a week for the last four years. I received my B.A. degree and my Master’s degree at the University of Northern Colorado. I am a proud parent of two sons who are currently earning their college degrees from the University of Colorado Boulder. When I am not planning for instruction I enjoy a myriad of hobbies. I enjoy reading historical fiction, sewing craft projects, gardening and spending time with my family.

The Gifted and Talented program at Garden Place Academy provides opportunities for children who are identified as Gifted and Talented as well as students who are demonstrating advanced achievement. If you are considering Garden Place Academy as your school of choice and would like any additional information about GT programming for your child please feel free to e-mail me. I will look forward to the opportunity to discuss your child’s learning needs and our GT program in more detail.
